SOLSTICE is a new entity established in 2015 with a goal to develop and build solar power plants. It started its operation in Jordan and Lebanon in 2015 by providing a unique approach to offer free consultancy and design for its projects, as well as financing options to its clients.

R5 Renovate is a strategic partner present in 4 continents with extensive experience in the erection of solar power plants and wind farms. R5 has engineered more than 500MW of solar power plants, developed more than 123MW of solar farms, and 362MW of wind farms.
